Pour 1½ cups of warm water into a big bowl and mix in the yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes until it turns foamy.
-
Whisk the sugar, oil and salt into the yeast mixture. Add the flour and mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for an hour in a warm, draught-free place until the dough has doubled in size.
-
Turn off the dough on a lightly floured work surface and gently knead the dough for around 5 minutes. Set aside.
-
Preheat the oven to 100℃ and roll out the dough into pizza bases.
-
Cover the dough with Teriyaki sauce evenly and add the toppings of cherry tomatoes, meat substitutes, Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
-
Put the pizza in the oven for around 15-20 minutes, or until it's golden.
Top it with rocket and Parmesan cheese or other toppings of your choice.
