How to make it

Before cooking, soak noodles in hot water per packet directions, then drain.
Fry the shredded carrots and mushroom in a saucepan with 2 tbsp oil. Add the Chicken Bouillon and 70 ml water to the pan.
Sauté the rice noodles until the sauce is absorbed.
Add all the remaining ingredients with a drop of 1tbsp oil to the sauce pan and toss for 2 minutes.
