What you’ll need
Ingredients
400 g Rice Noodles
90 g Char Siu (shredded)
30 g Mushrooms (shredded)
40 g Carrots (shredded)
30 g Leek sprout (cut)
1 pc Egg(shredded after pan-fried)
150 g Bean Sprouts
30 g Chinese Celery
Sauce Mix
4 tsp Concentrated Chicken Bouillon
70 ml Water
How to make it
Before cooking, soak noodles in hot water per packet directions, then drain.
Fry the shredded carrots and mushroom in a saucepan with 2 tbsp oil. Add the Chicken Bouillon and 70 ml water to the pan.
Sauté the rice noodles until the sauce is absorbed.
Add all the remaining ingredients with a drop of 1tbsp oil to the sauce pan and toss for 2 minutes.
