How to make it

Sauté diced chicken fillet with oil and drain.
Peel the dried shallot bulb, chop the scallions in half. Sauté the gingers, spring onions and Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce in 2-3 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Garnish with red Chilli.
