How to make it

  1. Marinate the beef strips in the teriyaki sauce for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok and stir fry the garlic till golden, then add the drained beef strips and fry for several minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and stir in the remaining teriyaki marinade, soy sauce and sugar dissolves then add the broccoli.
  4. Stir, and then cover for several minutes to help steam the broccoli.
  5. Serve with rice.
