What you’ll need

1 kg Sweet potatoes (peeled & par boiled till just firm)
180 ml Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lemon Rind (grated)
2 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
1 tbsp Oil

Convenience Sauce
Char Siu Sauce
How to make it
Mix together the char siu sauce, soy, lemon and ginger. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes for a few minutes, then toss in the sauce mix and cook until sticky and soft.
Garnish with lemon rind.
