How to make it

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds, then toss in all of the vegetables and Pork and cook till al dente. Add cooked wheat noodles, teriyaki sauce and serve immediately.
  2. Drizzle a teaspoon of sesame oil over the top if desired.
