Sashimi Salad
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- 200 g Sliced Salmon Sashimi
- 100 g Pomelo Flesh
- 100 g Mango Flesh (cut into strips)
- 50 g Cucumber (shredded)
- 50 g Carrot (shredded)
- 50 g Lettuce (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Roasted Pine Nuts
Sauce Mix
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp Wasabi
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Coriander (chopped)
- ½ tsp Red Chilli (chopped)

How to make it
Arrange all ingredients on a serving plate. Combine the seasoning mix.
Pour seasoning mix over the ingredients and mix well to serve.
