Grilled Salmon with Asian Dressing
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- 10 pcs 150g Fresh Salmon
- 250 g Rocket Leaves (washed)
- 20 pcs Cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 1 tspn Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 8 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Kum Chun Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- Black Pepper to taste

How to make it
Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
Grill the salmon and place on a plate on top of the rocket leaves with cherry tomatoes.
Dress liberally.
