80 g Carrots (julienne)
120 g Ham (sliced)
400 g Asparagus (cooked)
10 Bacon Rashers (rindless)
Dressing
Honey glaze
600 ml Honey
150 ml Lee Kum Kee Gold Label Soy Sauce
150 ml Water
Melt the honey with the soy and water over a low heat and stir well

How to make it
Wrap the mushrooms, carrot, ham and asparagus in the bacon rashers and bake at 250 °C for 7 minutes.
Brush with the honey glaze and return to the oven until golden.
