Wok Tossed Vegatables with Oriental Sauce
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- 80 g Fresh Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 1 kg of your favourite vegetables, such as carrots, snow peas, bok choy, broccoli, red capsicums, beans etc., sliced into small even sized pieces.
Sauce Mix
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 6 tbsp Mirin
- 200ml Peanut Oil

How to make it
Heat the oil in the wok and stir fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes, then toss in the sauce.
Serve with rice or pappadams.
