How to make it

  1. Soak the wrappers in cool drinking water for about a minute until soft. Drain and pat dry with a towel.
  2. Arrange crab flavoured sticks, carrots, cucumber, mango and ½ tsp of seasoning mix on the wrappers. Roll up to form a parcel. Repeat procedure to make other rice paper rolls.
