How to make it

  1. Boil and cook soba noodles for 3-5 minutes. Take it out and rinse it well under a cold water.
  2. Blanch the peeled and shredded pumpkin and fungus. Immediately place the pumpkin and fungus in ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
