How to make it

Mix tuna sashimi with Gluten Free oyster sauce and dust with sesame seeds. Heat 1 tbsp oil and pan fry tuna, each side for about 30 seconds till golden. Take out, cool and slice.
Place salad leaves in the middle of the plate. Place tuna on top. Mix the dressing and pour over to serve.
