100 g Ham (shredded)
50 g Carrot (shredded)
2 Stalks Spring Onion (shredded)
2 pcs Beaten Eggs
Seasoning
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

How to make it
To make an egg sheet, pan fry the beaten eggs using a little bit of oil. Shred eggs in to fine strips and set aside
Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and ladle in a bowl.
Add all ingredients and seasoning mix into the noodles. Toss well to serve hot.
