  • 200 g Instant Noodles (2 pcs)
  • 100 g Ham (shredded)
  • 50 g Carrot (shredded)
  • 2 Stalks Spring Onion (shredded)
  • 2 pcs Beaten Eggs

Seasoning

  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

How to make it

  1. To make an egg sheet, pan fry the beaten eggs using a little bit of oil. Shred eggs in to fine strips and set aside
  2. Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and ladle in a bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients and seasoning mix into the noodles. Toss well to serve hot.
