Spicy & Sour Shredded Potato

- 250 g Potato
- 5 g Dried chilli
- 5 g Coriander
Sauce Mix
- 6 g Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 15 g Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Sichuan Hot & Spicy Hot Pot
- 10 g Black Vinegar
- 6 g Lee Kum Kee Peppercorn Chilli Oil

How to make it
Mix all the Sauces.
Shredded the potatoes and cook in boiling water. Then soak the shredded potatoes in water for several minutes.
Drain shredded potatoes and mix well with the sauces.
Garnish with Dried chilli and coriander.
