  • 100 g Chopped Ham
  • 1 cup Vermicelli Noodles
  • Coriander

Sauce Mix

  • 4 tsp Tahini
  • 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premiu Soy Sauce
  • 4 tsp Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorns (crushed)
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions (chopped)

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Minced Ginger

How to make it

  1. Mix together all ingredients for the sauce until smooth.
