How to make it

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the ginger, garlic, spring onions, sesame seeds and pork mince for 2 minutes, and then add the oyster sauce. Cool.
Cut 8 squares from the pastry sheets and place a tablespoon of the mixture on each. Fold into desired shape, pinch edges together and brush with egg yolk.
Bake in hot oven till golden.
