How to make it

Combine the five spice, honey, chillies, ginger, olive oil and oyster sauce and coat the chicken with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 180°C, place chicken in baking tin and drizzle over the marinade. Bake as required for the size of chicken you have.
Serve with steamed Chinese broccoli.
