300 ml White wine
6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
200 g Sugar
10 g Cinnamon stick
500 ml Water
10 g Dried Mandarin peel (optional)

How to make it
Peel and de-core the pears. Soak dry Dried Mandarin peel in water and set aside.
Boil cinnamon stick and sugar in water until light golden in colour.
Lower the heat and add in pears, white wine and Plum Sauce. Cook for 10 minutes until pears becomes tender and soft. Serve.
