How to make it

Roast the pumpkin cubes till soft and golden.
Boil the beans until cooked through.
Boil the linguini till al dente, then toss through some oil to keep separate.
Heat some oil in a wok and toss in the beans and the Lee Kum Kee black pepper sauce. Add the roasted pumpkin, then the linguini and serve immediately.
