2 pcs 300 g Lamb Rib Eye
a pinch Salt and Pepper
8 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
1 Onion (sliced)
1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 bunch Drill

How to make it
Brush the lamb with the char siu sauce, and leave till required. These can sit for a long time.
Grill the lamb rib eyes till cooked, and season with salt and pepper, then slice thinly, place on a crouton and top with a spoon of vinegar.
