How to make it
Cook the beef shank in boiling water and refrigerate.
Slice the beef shank on the plate.
Deglaze the pan with all the mixed sauces.
To serve, drizzle the sauce on the top of sliced beef shank, garnish with the red capsicum, corianders and spring onion.
