How to make it

Spread the puff pastry liberally with the char siu sauce, then add a thick line of the bacon, and roll up into a sausage. Brush with the egg yolk. Cut into 8, sushi type rolls, place on a tray and bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes or until golden. Place sesame seeds on top.
