How to make it

  1. Prepare Ingredients.

  2. Prepare the sauce.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Stir-fry the pork until it's slightly browned.

  4. Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes until softened.

  5. Add the cooked and drained noodles to the pan, along with Lee Kum Kee stir-fry sauce. Stir well to coat the noodles evenly. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. 

  6. Add 0.5 tsp of Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes before serving for spicy flavour.
