450g Pork fillet / tenderloin (cut lengthwise into 2 strips)
5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
1 tbsp Honey

Convenience Sauce
Char Siu Sauce
How to make it
Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 2 hours.
Bake pork at 180°C preheated oven for 30 mins, turning once. Brush pork with honey and bake for another 2 mins.
Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into smaller pieces. Serve with rice or noodles.
