Heat oven to 200°C, add pumpkin to bowl, coat with oil, then spread onto a lined baking tray. Cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and baste each side of each piece of pumpkin with Seasoned Soy Sauce for Dumplings, cook for a further 20 minutes or until soft and edges are a little burned.
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chilli.
