    How to make it

    Mix salmon with marinade.
    Pan-fry salmon in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.
    Stir-fry capsicum in remaining oil for a short while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried salmon fillet.
