  • ½ pc Onion (shredded)

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Mix pork chops with marinade.
  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fryonions for 1 min. Set aside.
  3. Heat another 2 tbsp oil and pan fry pork chops over low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Toss in cooked onions and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through. Dish out and serve.
