How to make it
Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except breadcrumbs until well combined.
Add breadcrumbs slowly, mixing between each addition. Use just enough to make the mix firm but not stiff. The consistency will depend on whether you use home-made or store-bought breadcrumbs (either is fine).
Roll into balls and lay on a lined baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes, then turn and cook a further 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through, but not dry.
Serve with Seasoned Soy Sauce for Dumpling.
