150 g Broccoli (cut into small florets)
50 g Carrot (s) (sliced)

4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce
125 ml Water

How to make it
Deep-fry bean curd in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.
Stir-fry broccoli and carrot in 2 tbsp oil. Add bean curd and sauce mix. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
