How to make it

  1. Soak white and black fungus in water until softened. Drain and tear into pieces.
  2. Mix chicken pieces with marinade ingredients and stir in white and black fungus. Steam for 15 mins over high heat or until cooked through. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
