Crispy Baked Carrot Fries with Soy Dipping Sauce

How to make it

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
 Toss carrot fries in corn starch and salt and pepper until well covered. Drizzle with oil and toss again until well covered. Arrange fries on baking sheets (spaced so they don’t touch). Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked and crispy. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Whisk all dipping sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with hot crispy carrot fries and garnish.
