How to make it

  1. Place all the marinade ingredients into a large bowl or container and mix until well combined. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until the chicken is well coated. Cover and let the chicken sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  2. Take the chicken out of the fridge and preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken maryland pieces skin side up on a baking tray. Roast in the oven for 50-60 minutes, until the skin is golden.

  3. Remove chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds and serve with some rice and salad.
