How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease sheet tray fitted with parchment. 
  2. Combine the Lee Kum Kee  Seasoned Soy Sauce For Dumpling  and egg. Gently dredge the avocado slices in flour, then dip in egg mixture. Coat in almond meal. Continue until all the slices have gone through all three stages.
  3. Place in a single layer on the greased sheet pan. Drizzle with the remaining oil or spray with cooking spray. This will help the avocado slices crisp in the oven.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the avocados are golden and crispy. If desired, more oil can be drizzled while they are baking for additional crispness. Serve with Lee Kum Kee  Seasoned Soy Sauce For Dumpling.
