50 g Finely chopped red chilli
25 g Finely chopped green chilli
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood

How to make it
Marinate fish fillet for 15 minutes.
Roll the fish fillet and tie up with flowering garlic chives.
Arrange fish rolls on a serving plate. Spread seasoning mix on the fish rolls. Steam for about 10 minutes or until done.
