  • 200g Pork spare ribs (cut into strips)
  • ½ pc Pineapple (halved)
  • 20g Egg (beaten)
  • 20g Corn starch
  • 20g Shallots (cut into wedges)
  • 10g Ginger (sliced)
  • 10g Green capsicums (cut into wedges)
  • 10g Red chillies (cut into wedges)
  • 3g Shaoxing wine

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Marinade
  • ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

Dipping

  • ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Marinade

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and allow to cool. Dice and set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Stir in seasoning mix ingredients before serving.
