How to make it
Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes, then pan-fry.
Warm honey in low heat, add in lime juice.
Put chicken wings in with the honey and lime until the sauce thickens, sprinkle green onion and sesame over it all, and serve.
Tips:Skin of the lime would add bitterness, hence thoroughly peel its skin for cooking this dish.
Dietician’s Advice:Such refreshing ingredients in the sauce also go well with skinned chicken steak or with salmon fillet for a low-fat alternative.
