What You Will Need
Ingredients
1 rack of Lamb
A pinch Salt and Pepper
3 cups Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce
6 carrots (sliced and blanched)
2 cups Broad Beans (peeled)
10 Cabbage Leaves
10 Artichoke Hearts (sliced)
50g Butter
200ml Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce

Sweet and Sour Sauce
How to make it
Rub the lamb with the salt and pepper and smother in the sweet and sour sauce.
Roast at 200 °C till cooked, according to the weight of the lamb.
Melt the butter in a pan and toss the vegetables with the sweet and sour sauce till cooked.
Place the vegetables on a plate and top with slices of the sticky lamb leg.
