How to make it

  1. Marinate pork loin with 4 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, mustard and 2 tbsp. canola oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill pork until done. Cover and set aside.
  3. Combine remainder Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, rice vinegar, canola oil and black pepper in a mixing bowl (hoisin sauce vinaigrette). Mix well and set aside.
  4. Assemble tomato, red onion, cucumber and grilled pork loin in a platter.
  5. Serve pork platter with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce vinaigrette.
