How to make it

  1. Combine all seasoning mix ingredients in a bowl. Stir well, set aside.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry bean curd until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Toss in baby corns, shiitake mushrooms,carrots and green peas. Stir-fry with remaining oil for 1 min.
  4. Pour in seasoning mix ingredients and add fried bean curd. Cook for another 2 mins until heated through. Dish out and serve.
