What You Will Need
Ingredients
400g Bean curd / tofu (cut into 1cm slices)
3 tbsp Oil
50g Baby corn (sliced)
50g Fresh shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
50g Carrot (sliced)
2 heaped tbsp Green peas
Seasoning
1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
125 ml Water
1½ tsp Corn starch
1 tsp Cooking wine
1 tsp Sugar

Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood
How to make it
Combine all seasoning mix ingredients in a bowl. Stir well, set aside.
Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry bean curd until golden brown. Set aside.
Toss in baby corns, shiitake mushrooms,carrots and green peas. Stir-fry with remaining oil for 1 min.
Pour in seasoning mix ingredients and add fried bean curd. Cook for another 2 mins until heated through. Dish out and serve.
