How to make it

  1. In a hot pan or wok, heat a little oil and stir fry mushrooms, shallots, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and ginger till golden and aromatic, remove from pan and set aside.

  2. In the same hot pan or wok, add a little more oil and stir fry chilli and beef mince until cooked well. 

     

  3. Add peas and rice, then return mushroom mix into the pan, stir through Lee Kum Kee Oyster Stir-Fry Sauce, stirring until heated through, fold through mint and serve.
