How to make it

Mix all Drizzling Sauce ingredients into a small bowl and whisk well. Allow to sit while preparing the other ingredients so the honey dissolves into the Soy Sauce. Wisk again and set aside for drizzling.

Grill haloumi each side until golden, then set aside on a plate ready to assemble onto skewers.

Assemble haloumi, watermelon and mint onto short skewers, one after the other. Depending on the length of your skewers and the size you cut your ingredients, you might need to repeat the assembly. There’s no wrong size, all sizes are fun to eat! We went with large bit size ingredients on a short skewer because it’s easy for canape entertaining!

Lay skewers onto a serving dish any way you like, whisk the drizzle sauce again then drizzle over the top of each skewer. Scatter edible flowers across the dish for a super pretty summery feel. Serve more drizzle sauce on the side so your guests can add more as they like!
