How to make it

  1. Cut both soft and egg tofu into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Place onto a plate and steam for 5 mins.
  2. Arrange black fish roe over the soft tofu and red fish roe over the egg tofu.
  3. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
