Combine ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl or jar and set aside.
In a bowl mix tuna with spring onion, sesame seeds and a little of the dressing mixture.
Place salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled seaweed and carrot on a plate. Pile the tuna on top.
Drizzle the salad with the remaining dressing and serve.
Tip: To bulk this out, serve with steamed rice of preference.
