How to make it

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir-fry chicken and diced potato with Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for 5 minutes.

  3. Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Add the green beans, baby corns and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Combine fish sauce, lime juice and chilli. Stir through.

  6. Serve with rice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
