Cut the chicken fillet/ drumstick into small pieces.
Marinade chicken drumsticks /fillet for at least 2 hour or overnight.
Thread five pieces of chicken onto a skewer, then brush them with Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Teriyaki Beef.
Place the skewers in the oven and set the temperature to 180°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the skewers from the oven and brush another layer of sauce onto them. Return the skewers to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes at 180°C .
After removing from the oven, brush a final layer of sauce onto the skewers, then they are ready to be served (Final layout sauce ratio is 80g sauce : 8g water).
