Place the pork ribs in a pot of cold water and boil at a fast simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Drain and remove from the pot.
Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add ginger, garlic and chilli garlic sauce (optional).
Add in pork ribs, Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and honey (optional). Toss well to mix and allow even coating.
Add the vegetables and toss. Mix in a little water and cover the wok/pan with a lid for a few minutes.
