280 g Firm bean curd/Firm tofu (1 pc, cut into 12 pcs)
120 g Mashed shrimp meat (meat, mashed)
Marinade
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Corn starch
Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Corn starch
6 tbsp Water

How to make it
Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade. Divide into 12 portions.
Spread prawn meat onto each piece of bean curd. Pan-fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and prawn meat is done.
Pour in sauce mix and heat through. Stir well lightly.
