How to make it

Heat a little oil in a pan or wok, and sear the pork, set aside.
Use the same pan, add ginger, garlic and vegetables, stir fry till tender.
Return pork to pan and add Lee Kum Kee Oyster Stir- Fry Sauce and toss through till heated.
Garnish with spring onion and serve with rice.
