Rinse the rice and cook according to packet instructions. Heat a wok or large frying pan over a medium-high heat.

Add a little oil and add the pork and garlic. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through and browned, breaking up any clumps, about 5-6 minutes.

While the pork is cooking, In a small bowl, combine chilli & garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

Add the green beans, capsicum and olives to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the beans start to scorch in places and are tender.

Pour the prepared sauce, stir well to coat everything evenly and let it cook for another minute or two.

Remove from heat and serve sprinkled with crisp fried shallots and rice alongside.
